Info about “TFP” shoots:
“TFP” or “Trade for Print” shoots are very different from regular boudoir sessions and are usually held once month as long as Chandler’s photography schedule allows.
To be honest, Chandler doesn’t shoot family friendly photography… He’s is a photographer with an edgier style to the photos he produces. So, to participate in model calls, it requires the form filled out below and a signed release contract. These photoshoots are specifically for volunteers who would like to try out modeling a bit and get some free photos in the process. TFP shoots are used to enhance the online portfolio, create gorgeous marketing material, etc… So if you choose to participate in a free TFP shoot, then your photos will be used & published in various forms (social media, website, etc.) and censored where/if needed. Every TFP shoot is different. They’re planned based on the needs of Chandler’s portfolio as well as publisher’s requirements for magazine submissions. Specifically in shot types, camera lenses, lighting, themes, wardrobe, and overall what publishers are looking for. For TFP shoots, Chandler typically chooses what themes, wardrobes, and poses that will photograph the best.
TFP shoots with Chandler often include a variety of poses and wardrobes. These can sometimes includes nude & implied nude fine art photography. If these are genres you are not interested in shooting, then let Chandler know when asking about TFP shoots. He will select you for a model call based on a combination of your preferences and what he’s looking for at that particular time.
Volunteer’s for TFP shoots should be open & comfortable in a photography setting and preferably have a little experience posing in front of a camera. But experience is not required. If you’re someone who likes boudoir and adult themed photography, then this is perfect for you. If not, you should head over to the contact page to get in touch with Chandler about scheduling a more traditional Boudoir session where the client has more input on styles and themes. That way you can try it out first and see if you like it.
